Reunited, Sagey wins the balancing match.

Meanwhile Sagey played by herself on the slide, perfectly happy, but alone (besides me of course). Together we marveled at Silas' easy popularity.

I came over to see why all these girls were gathered around him, but he was just digging in the sand and they were talking and giggling.

Somehow Silas seems to attract a gaggle of young female followers wherever he goes. At the playground he got very involved making a sand tunnel, and about 8 girls, his age and older, gathered around him, experimented with their English and patted his head. He mostly just trudged on in his work, though he would pause to enjoy the attention. This is not the first time we've noticed this phenomenon. In this photo half of his entourage had already departed.
